Kirk C. Tweedy assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer in October of 2022. He has over 32 years of insurance experience across multiple disciplines, product lines, and distribution channels. Most recently, he held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Berkley Small Business Solutions, where he was responsible for all areas of the business including growth, profitability, planning, execution, staff recruitment, and staff development.
Mr. Tweedy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Oregon State University. He holds several insurance designations including AIC and INS.
