Garrett P. Cronin

Garrett P. Cronin is currently the Chief Underwriting Officer for Integris Group and is responsible for all underwriting operations for the Integris Group member companies. Garrett joined Integris Group in 2018 as Director of Underwriting and was promoted to Vice President of Underwriting & Member Services. In his roles, he has led the integration of a new policy administration system and managed the Company’s underwriting strategies, rate filings and product development.

Mr. Cronin worked for Chubb Corporation for more than 16 years serving in various leadership and strategic roles consisting of healthcare, management liability, financial institutions, and most recently as Vice President of Underwriting for Chubb Specialty Division.

The launch of his underwriting career included seven years with Berkshire Hathaway/General Reinsurance where he held progressive underwriting positions encompassing alternative risk, commercial business, and management liability products. Mr. Cronin’s experience also includes working for AON Financial Services Group where his responsibilities included acting as a liaison between the policyholder and provider for various insurance placements.

Mr. Cronin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Southern Connecticut State University and a Master of Science in Business from the University of New Haven.
