Medical Facility coverage and benefits

Coverage Form: We offer Claims Made coverage for medical facilities.

Defense Outside the Limits: Expenses paid defending your claim(s) are in addition to your policy limits.

Broad Definition of Insured: 

Your policy can include coverage for:

• Your employees, volunteers, and students
• The Medical Director and any medical staff member while acting within the capacity and scope of their administrative duties on your behalf.
• Any person while acting in the scope and capacity of their duties as a member of a formal accreditation, peer review, or credentialing committee.

Supplemental Coverages: Your policy can include expense sub-limits for formal Licensing and Professional Conduct Review proceedings as well as loss of earnings and out-of-pocket costs incurred while assisting in the defense of a claim.

Optional Comprehensive Coverage: Separate limits for Comprehensive General Liability coverage is available for an additional premium.

Extended Reporting Period Option: An optional extended reporting period endorsement is available for an additional premium.
