T. Bryan Carter Promoted to Chief Marketing Officer at Integris Group

GLASTONBURY, CT – Integris Group, a leading member-owned medical professional liability insurance company, recently announced the promotion of T. Bryan Carter to Chief Marketing Officer at Integris Group. Mr. Carter is the former Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of MedMal Direct Insurance Company (MDIC), which Integris Group recently acquired.

Mr. Carter has over 30 years of experience in the insurance and healthcare industry. He joined MDIC in 2018 as the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2022. During his time at MDIC, Mr. Carter led the growth of the direct written premium of the Company and managed the Company’s sales, marketing, underwriting strategies, and product development. 

As Integris Group’s new Chief Marketing Officer, Mr. Carter will lead the Business Development and Marketing departments for all Integris Group member companies including Integris Insurance Company, Integris RRG, MDIC, and CorePRO Insurance.

As a Senior Vice President, Sales and Business Services for MAG Mutual, he oversaw significant growth in premium and physician count as the company grew to the ninth largest medical professional liability specialty insurance company in the US. His experience also includes working as a broker for Sterling Risk Advisors, one of the largest employee brokerage agencies in the US, as well as working for Brown & Brown, the sixth largest independent insurance brokerage in the nation. Additionally, he has served as COO for a regional durable medical equipment company operating in 15 locations across nine states.

Mr. Carter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative designation.
